Village Center

The Heart of the Village of Grayslake

Grayslake's Village Center is located in the heart of the Village. It includes the historic downtown with its antique lighting, historic storefronts with varying architectural styles, and small businesses with a customer-friendly atmosphere. Recreational Facilities

Also in the Village Center are many recreational facilities including:

• Municipally owned Esper A. Petersen Foundation Family Aquatic Center
• Daniel Barry Memorial Skate Park
• Grayslake Public Library
• Grayslake Middle School
• Grayslake High School
• Grayslake Senior Center
• Grayslake Park District's 40-acre Central Park, which includes a large playground area and several baseball diamonds, competition football and soccer fields, and walking trails with preserved woodlands
