At its July 17th meeting, the Committee of the Whole discussed the General Development Plan / Special Use Permit for the Lake County Fairgrounds (Rt. 45 & 120). Aftering hearing public comment and a presentation by the developer, the Committee of the Whole unanimously voted to recommend the issue on to the Village Board.
