consult with the Building Department before making any interior
or exterior changes to your property.

- Irrigation & Sprinkler Systems
- Paving or Repaving (Includes Concrete and Decorative Materials)
- Walkways (Includes Concrete or Decorative Materials)
- Interior Alterations (Kitchen Remodeling, Bathroom Remodeling, Finish Basement, Laundry Room including washers and dryers)
- Exterior
Improvements (Roofing, Siding, Brickwork, Tuckpointing)
- Electrical Improvements (Lights, Switches,
Fans, Air Conditioning)
- Swimming Pools (above-ground, in-ground, hot tub)
- Window Replacement
- Door Replacement (all exterior doors)
- Permits Not Required for Water Heaters or Furnaces (excluding HVAC combination systems)
Permit Applications
- Procedure: Please print, read and sign the document Permit Procedure (PDF) and submit with your permit applications.
- Permits: A permit is required for all construction or demolition.
- Inspections: Contractors shall follow the Inspection Procedures.
