The Village employs many private contractors for the provision of municipal services. As a leader in the use of private contractors, commonly called "privatization", the Village has low non-police employee counts. The following link lists current service contracts and agreements related to capital projects and routine maintenance operations and is subject to frequent change as contracts expire. The list is updated annually on or about May 1 of each year. Also, current Village contract forms are available for viewing.
Purchasing / Contract Resolution
The Village Board has established specific controls and requirements for the entering of contracts and the expenditure of funds. In addition to these stipulations, all payment of bills require Village Board approval.
