2023 Swim Lessons Schedule

Member vs. Non-Member Fees

Member fees are available to any customer that is part of a household that possesses a valid Aquatic Center Membership. As an extra benefit, Aquatic Center Members receive $25 off group swim lessons and $10 off private swim lessons.

Any customer that is part of a household that does not possess a valid Aquatic Center Membership must pay the Non-Member fee.  Member/Non-Member fees are not affiliated with Grayslake residency.

Note: Session 3 class fees have been prorated due to the July 4th holiday. Swim lessons will not occur on this day.

Free Daily Admission

To encourage practice, all swim lesson participants receive FREE DAILY ADMISSION on the day of their lesson!

Please note that only the participant receives free daily admission.  Family members are subject to daily admission fees.

Refund Policy

 Refunds for Swim Lessons are issued according to the following guidelines:

• 100% refund if canceled more than two weeks before start of session (> 2 weeks)
• 50% refund if canceled less than two weeks before start of session (< 2 weeks)

No refunds will be issued after your session has started.

Scheduled classes that are missed cannot be made up at another time and will not receive a refund.

Transfer Policy

Transfers to a different session or class time will be allowed up until the start of the session preceding your currently enrolled session, provided that session or class time is available.

Cancellation Policy

Swim Lessons WILL be held even if it is raining or cold.  Classes will only be canceled for lightning, tornado warnings, and other severe weather.  A cancellation decision will be made within 30 minutes of the start of each class.  Please call the Aquatic Center at 847-223-POOL for updates on swim lesson cancellations.

Canceled swim lesson classes are not rescheduled.

Please note that classes with low enrollment may be combined or canceled.  If your child's class is canceled, you will receive a full refund.
